Why are some animals armored? And can colors help you camouflage? How is skin different on mammals, reptiles and birds?

Drop in to learn the answers to these questions and much more about the outer layers of different animals. Find out how survival is truly skin deep. Be amazed at how humans use our sense of touch to explore the world around us. Meet some of the Academy’s amazing live animals and craft your own animal impression pendant to take home. Discover the most successful animal adaptations with hands-on activities.
