Event Description
Cold weather, heavy coursework, and busy schedules can separate us from the people and things that feel most meaningful. ISSS and the Counseling Center invite you to join us in taking a community lunch break on December 3rd. We will spend some time learning how practicing compassion with ourselves and with others can reduce stress and encourage motivation especially during the hardest points in the year. Come sit down, eat up, and chill out. A light lunch will be served.
