Event Description
Join us as we discuss the importance of self-care! We will also be putting together our own self-care plans , sharing self-care tips, and snacking while we converse so bring a pencil, paper and a snack! Towards the end of the session from 1-1:30, students from Project Self, a student-led group about mental health and investing in yourself, will be available to chat with!
