Brian is a Senior Project Manager in the Research & Evaluation Group at Public Health Management Corporation.

He is responsible for leading evaluation projects related to tobacco control, chronic disease prevention, and environmental health management.

He is passionate about leveraging research and program evaluations to facilitate inclusive health policy decision-making for vulnerable populations.
