Event Description

Join us for a discussion of the paper “Pathogenesis and transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in golden Syrian hamsters” by Sin Fun Sia and colleagues from the University of Hong Kong.

Cecirahim Sesay (Epi/Bios MPH Program) and Conor Millard (Executive MPH Program) will discuss the paper, which was published in Nature in July 2020.

The paper describes an animal model using Golden Syrian Hamsters to explore transmission and pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2.

Drexel staff, faculty, and students are welcome to take part in this discussion.
