Get ready for a lesson in everyone’s favorite weekend meal, brunch! Chef Sadé Dancy, former "Hell’s Kitchen" contestant, and chef/owner of Chef Sadé Event Group, will teach you how to make a delicious soul-fusion dish to spice up your recipe rotation.
Hosted by the Drexel University Black Alumni Council (DUBAC), cooks of all levels are welcome to attend! An ingredient list, along with other supplies, will be emailed one week prior to the event.
About Chef Sadé Dancy
Graduating from the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College with a degree in culinary arts, Chef Sadé Dancy has held every position in the kitchen professionally for over a 12-year span. She was a finalist on Hell’s Kitchen finishing in third place out of 18 contestants. Taking her education mixed with years of experience, Dancy started her own catering business, Chef Sadé Event Group.
