Join students,
faculty, and staff of CNHP to discuss this powerful, important, and deeply
engaging bestselling novel. This searing book address police violence and
racism through the eyes of 16 year old Starr Carter, a young Black woman who
moves between her fancy prep school and her poor urban community. Published in
2017, this book raises vital issues that speak to a variety of audiences. We
hope to bring together the entire CNHP community to discuss these themes, which
are more urgent than ever. This event will be a group discuss as part of the
“Tuesday Topics” series, facilitated by students, faculty, and staff at CNHP.
