  • Describe the initial approach to diagnosis and management for a 5-week-old infant presenting with respiratory distress
  • Discuss the specific work-up for this patient, and the factors leading to the decision to obtain the test that revealed the diagnosis
  • Discuss the pathophysiology, management, and prognosis of the final diagnosis in the context of this patient and its typical presentation
