End Date: 4/26/2022End Time: 8:30 PM

Event Description

Join us for the annual Cheryl Beth Silverman Memorial Lecture featuring naturalist, conservation educator and science advocate Phil Torres.

Previously featured on ABC’s Nightline, Phil will discuss how climate change affects the timing of spring. He will explore how institutions like the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University, with its collection of more than 19 million specimens, have played a pivotal role in helping us understand how climate change has influenced migrating animals, flowering plants and other organisms that grow or change with the seasons.
