Sorry, Not Sorry: How to Project Confidence at All Levels of Your Legal Career
Start Date: 4/5/2022Start Time: 5:15 PM
End Date: 4/5/2022End Time: 6:15 PM

Event Description

Confidence is a tricky thing. We all want to be confident in ourselves and the work we do. We want others to view us as confident because we know it shapes their impression of us, and that affects the opportunities that present themselves. But we don't feel confident 100% of the time, and some of us are able to tap into it more easily than others. So, what makes us confident? How can we exude confidence even when we aren't' feeling our best selves? And how do we navigate the fine line between arrogance and confidence? These important questions affect how others will perceive you, whether they will gravitate towards you or away from you, and all of this will have a strong impact on the career path you take.

In this program, attendees will learn how to:

  • Cope with their inner critic and lean into their strengths
  • Avoid falling into traps of arrogance or insecurity
  • Emulate confidence even when they aren’t feeling their best
  • Create a powerful, confident elevator pitch for interviewing and beyond
