Event Description
This webinar will explore the challenges facing organizational leaders as they navigate the complexities and disruptions caused by the pandemic, political polarization, economic uncertainty, and globalization. The impact of digital trends, tools, and technologies that ushered in the 4th Industrial Revolution will be examined through the lens of leaders, learning organizations, and work environments. Creating a sustainable future will depend on how systems operate and the need for holistic frameworks and approaches to enable positive change. The role that colleges and universities will play or need to play to alleviate the skills gap in the digital age and the collaborative partnerships required to prepare the workforce in this dynamic environment is beginning to emerge.
