NPM Webinar Series - The Psychology of Giving: How to Cultivate and Retain Donors
Start Date: 8/18/2025Start Time: 3:00 PM
End Date: 8/18/2025End Time: 4:00 PM

Event Description
The psychology of giving is more than just in our heads. It is tied to strategy for fundraising, for executive directors, and nonprofit entities. The ever changing trends in philanthropy direct the ways in which we adjust and approach our work. Philanthropy is skewing toward hyper local nonprofits. With more focus on hyper local nonprofits & local impact, local nonprofits need the help of generalists who can provide incredible service to their donors and volunteers. This session will focus on some of the trends we are seeing in the field of philanthropy, and what kind of adjustments are needed to continue impacting specific populations.

This program can help set you up for success by giving you all of the different tools that local, regional and national nonprofits need to continue providing their mission.
