On March 10, 2021, join the inaugural iSchool IDEA Forum–bringing together the iSchool community to connect on the critical topics of inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA) impacting our field and the world.
Co-sponsored by the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council for Drexel’s College of Computing & Informatics, this Forum will include collaborations by our diverse faculty, students and professional staff, including:
- Dr. Denise Agosto, Gabrielle Salib, Matthew Symes and Dr. Radhika Garg (Syracuse University)–Information Technology Attitudes and Behaviors within Families: A Socioeconomic Perspective
- Dr. Michelle Rogers and Sheila Clifford-Bova (Syracuse University)–Women in Tech: Strategies Across the Information Fields
Through presentations, panels and open discussion, we will highlight our commitment to fostering a culture of belonging for each race, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin and socio-economic status both within our iSchool communities and beyond.
