Event Description
In this 8-hour course, participants will learn the foundational principles for Lean Six Sigma, including understanding what it is, how it works, and why it is so valuable to all types of organizations. Gain a solid grounding in the Lean Six Sigma framework for process improvement, with special emphasis on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) structure.
