Event Description
How comfortable are you with culinary improvisation, or with simply feeding yourself simple but nourishing meals? Meal creation is a key skill to have, especially when restaurants are closed or operating mainly through take-out. Though we are heading out of this global pandemic, meal prep remains an essential life skill to help us thrive and stay healthy.

Jonathan Deutsch, PhD. Professor in the Department of Food and Hospitality Management in the College of Nursing and Health Professions, and Rachel Sherman, pastry chef and Drexel Food Lab project manager, designed this presentation to help you feel more comfortable adapting your culinary skills and habits—or creating new ones.
