Event Description

It’s Spring Break in Philadelphia, and the Academy is open!

  • Get an up-close look at a 40-foot-long T. rex in the famous Dinosaur Hall
  • Come face-to-face with a moose, tiger, lion and more in dioramas from around the world
  • See live animals in the children’s discovery center, Outside In
  • Discover the fascinating lives of local bird populations and the astounding migrators that fly through the region in our newest exhibit, Conversations With Birds
  • Examine colorful, giant insect portraits in Microsculpture: The Insect Portraits of Levon Biss
  • Dig for dinosaur bones in The Big Dig
  • See live auditorium shows

All exhibits and special activities are free with museum admission!
