Event Description
A mandatory reorientation session will take place on Friday, August 25 for 2Ls and 3Ls (including AJDs with one year remaining). There are also optional afternoon sessions for AJDs with two years remaining. Please refer to the below agendas to locate your corresponding schedule.
*Please note that the ice cream social will take place in the Law School lobby if there is inclement weather. During that time block, we will have “resources open availability” throughout the Law School building to help answer any questions and needs (including financial aid planning, Accesslex, pro bono, OSA, DiveIN, wellness, bar exam, library, Westlaw, Lexis, study aids, law tech, CSO and others).
Reorientation Schedule for 2Ls:
9:15 a.m.: Check in at Nesbitt 111
9:30 a.m.: “Get Inspired” (Alumni Q&A panel)
11:00 a.m.: “Get Recalibrated” (outside speaker on mental health strategies)
12:00 p.m.: Lunch (provided by us)
1:00 p.m.: “DiveIN and Get Going” (with SWAG)
1:45 p.m.: Professional practice and pro bono
2:00 p.m.: CSO: What to do as a 2L
2:30 p.m.: Library resources for 2Ls
2:45 p.m.: Bar exam: What to do as a 2L
3:15 p.m.: Degreeworks check for 2Ls
3:30 p.m.: Law School AI policy
3:45-4:30 p.m.: Ice cream social with faculty and staff in Law School courtyard (or lobby in case of inclement weather)*

8:45 a.m.: Check in a Mitchell Auditorium, 1st floor, Bossone Research Center 3140 Market St.
9:00 a.m.: Diagnostic Bar Exam
12:00 p.m.: Lunch (provided by us), Lobby of Bossone
1:00 p.m.: Debrief and review of diagnostic bar exam (with SWAG raffle)
2:15 p.m.: Law School AI policy
2:30 p.m.: Degreeworks check
2:45 p.m.: DiveIN reflections
3:05 p.m.: CSO: what to do as a 3L
3:45-4:30 p.m.: Ice cream social with faculty and staff in Law School courtyard (or lobby in case of inclement weather)*
Reorientation Schedule for AJDs:
On Friday August 25, the Law School will hold a reorientation for rising 2Ls in Nesbitt 111. While your fall civil procedure class will conflict with the morning presentations, we wanted to invite you to attend the afternoon presentations and social event if you are interested. (Your presence is entirely optional, as we plan to hold a similar event in the winter that will be more closely tailored to your AJD experience.)
