The Academy is bringing prehistoric excitement to Philadelphia’s iconic Christmas Village for a one-day-only adventure!

Join some of your favorite Academy educators right in the heart of the holiday market for hands-on fun: touch real fossils, watch fossil preparation demonstrations, dig for specimens and discover what it takes to be a paleontologist. Explore whether dinosaurs could survive Philly winters, learn about modern dinosaurs (birds!) and even meet an extinct relative from Germany. Celebrate the season with science—don’t miss this festive fusion of dinosaurs and holiday cheer at Christmas Village in LOVE Park!
