Event Description
4th Annual Global Teach Connection Summit 2022: Reimagining Global Education and Teaching

Wednesday, November 16, 2022
12:00 pm - 6:00 pm ET
Virtual on Zoom

On behalf of the Global Teach Connect Project Network and the UPenn Area Studies Centers, Drexel- SOE, and Abu Dhabi University collaborations and partnerships, we invite you to register and participate in our upcoming 4th Educational Summit on Reimagining Global Education and Teaching.

Vision
The GTC global communication network aims to develop collaborative relationships to advance our unique niches to better serve targeted populations and communities. During the fall GTC 2021 Summit we introduced a post-COVID theme that focused on how education might look going forward beyond the pandemic. Well, it seems we have approached the beginning of a new era!

What will happen?
During this international summit we will hear from global activists, educators and leaders about how our projects or organizations are connecting scholars into our programming by offering resources and sharing education networks. To act on these conversations, we are planning the above referenced Summit for Wednesday November 16th, from 12-5 PM. This will happen during Drexel's International Week (Nov 14-18th) on Zoom.

Why Attend?
This 2022 GTC, Reimagining Education thought leadership summit will address the priority for providing teachers, traditionally underrepresented students and faculty opportunities to engage in international education training and resource-sharing networks, as well as professional development to prepare them to meet the post-pandemic, new era academic, intercultural, and career challenges of an increasingly globalized education system and society leveraging the Global Education, Teaching, and Leadership Competencies (GETLC).
