ISSS Lunch & Dialogue: Wellness During Finals & Winter Blues

Event Description
Cold weather, heavy coursework, and busy schedules can separate us from the people and things that feel most meaningful. ISSS and Counseling Center invite you to join us in taking a community lunch break at Counseling Center's Wellness Space on the second floor of Creese on Monday, Nov 28th, 12 - 1pm.
 
We will spend some time learning how practicing compassion with ourselves and with others can reduce stress and encourage motivation especially during the hardest points in the year. Come sit down, eat up, and chill out.
